What is the EdTech Hub Helpdesk?

EdTech Hub’s Helpdesk offers just-in-time, tailored support to those working with ministries of education and decision makers in low- and middle-income countries.

Across EdTech Hub’s thematic areas, our team and specialist network collaborate with stakeholders to address specific EdTech needs through an iterative process.

We work wherever you are. So far, we’ve supported projects in more than 60 countries. Our on-call network of global experts ensures we can quickly connect you with someone familiar with your context.

Currently, our Helpdesk is available only to our funders and partners, but we offer many open resources for your EdTech needs.

Having EdTech experts from the countries we are actually working in, that has been a huge advantage of the Helpdesk – it’s been a great conscious shift. The combination of having a global expert combined with being there, in the country, with the local expertise, is very powerful.”
