Abstract
EdTech Hub, Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE) and Teaching Service Commission (TSC), and Leh Wi Lan collaborated on a test for the proposed data management model of the One Tablet Per School programme. This report provides background information on data-driven decision-making, outlines the research methodology, and shares recommendations for Sierra Leone’s One Tablet Per School programme.
