Bio

I work across EdTech Hub’s portfolio in Asia and in education in emergencies, focusing on strengthening implementation and advancing evidence-based approaches to improve learning outcomes—particularly for marginalised children, out-of-school youth, and those affected by crises.

Driven by a curiosity about how people interact with technology and a desire to design systems that address real-world challenges, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and a Master’s in Technology, Innovation, and Education from Harvard. My background spans instructional design, educational consulting, and user research in EdTech and FinTech, equipping me to take a user-centred, evidence-informed approach.

I see EdTech, when rooted in specific contexts, as inherently interdisciplinary, and I am particularly interested in its intersections with climate, equity, innovation, and policy systems. My work bridges research and practice, supporting governments, implementers, and partners in navigating complexity and using evidence to design context-sensitive EdTech solutions.
