My home organisation is Results for Development (R4D), where I am a Program Director on the Education Team. On the EdTech Hub programme, I help education implementers go from idea to impact through the AI Observatory, Action Lab, and Sandbox partnerships, collaborating with innovators to test, reflect, and iterate on their interventions.

I keep a close focus on users’ needs, particularly the most marginalised learners, and support educators to excel. I specialise in evaluation and adaptive learning, applying right-fit data collection methods and analysis to improve education quality.
