My home organisation is Results for Development (R4D), and at the EdTech Hub I work as an Officer on the Helpdesk team. I support Helpdesk requests across sub-Saharan Africa, providing technical assistance to governments, development partners, and other stakeholders on education technology priorities. My work spans evidence reviews, rapid scoping studies, synthesis of global and regional research, and advisory support, with a particular focus on strengthening data-driven decision-making, coordination, and the effective use of technology in education systems.
Alongside my Helpdesk role, I contribute to a range of EdTech Hub initiatives, including work on data systems, digital education policy, and emerging technologies such as AI in education through the AI Observatory and Action Lab. Before joining R4D and the EdTech Hub, I worked across the education sector in Ghana in both teaching and programme management roles, and I continue to engage in applied research focused on education systems strengthening, data use, EdTech, and inclusive education.
