Bio

I lead EdTech Hub’s Africa portfolio, covering Tanzania, Nigeria, Ghana, Malawi, Kenya, and Sierra Leone. Central to this is providing support to our Country Leads to develop and execute our country-specific strategies (because there’s no “one size fits all!”).

I have over 10 years’ experience at the intersection of education and international development and have been with the Hub since 2023. Before joining EdTech Hub, I worked as an education specialist across a range of programmes for INGOs, bilateral donors, and research institutions. My work has focused on contextualised solutions to improve learning outcomes in sub-Saharan Africa, with an emphasis on generating evidence on what really moves the needle.

I hold an MSc in Education and Child Development from the University of Oxford, and a BA Hons in African Studies and Swahili from SOAS, University of London.
