Bio

I am a programme designer, implementation and scaling practitioner, and researcher focusing on education in emergency settings.  . Having previously served as Country Co-Lead for Ghana on EdTech Hub, I now focus on supporting the EdTech Hub’s Education in Emergencies and Southeast Asian workstreams, working with governments and other stakeholders to build knowledge and experience on the what, how, and why of using EdTech within national education systems.  I continue to provide specialised technical support to the EdTech Hub Ghana team. My work at EdTech Hub focuses on ensuring that children and young adults can access meaningful learning opportunities..

Complementing my work at EdTech Hub, I have developed and implemented research-informed literacy and numeracy  programmes in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe, working with governments, donors, researchers, and education and technology experts.. I also provide strategic and operational mentoring to innovative social enterprises and non-profit organisations. My work, whether in the not-for-profit or for-profit sectors, has almost always been about using technology, innovation, and partnerships to build something useful — often challenging, but always rewarding.
