I lead EdTech Hub’s Southeast Asia portfolio, partnering with governments, NGOs, and private sector actors to make technology a practical equaliser for marginalised learners. I co-manage the ASEAN‑UK SAGE Programme and oversee regional Helpdesk support with UNICEF, turning on-the-ground challenges into evidence-driven solutions that strengthen policy, scale effective interventions, and improve learning access. Trained in economics and international education policy (BA, Colby College; EdM, Harvard), I blend evidence with lived-context insights to design programmes that deliver measurable impact across the region.
